Going All the Way (Knights of Passion #1)

Going All the Way

(This review is based on the ARC provided by the publisher via Net Galley)

It has been a while since I read a sports romance, and things book gave me everything I love about these types of books. It had the gorgeous but cocky sports star, the media sharks and even the annoying groupies.  I loved Stacia's character because she was able to stand up to Jason's childish behaviour and towards the end she even stood up to her dominating father.  Jason's character was very self centred and immature at times which was very annoying and I would liked to have seen more alpha male characteristics. The style of writing from Megan was good and I enjoyed the dual point of view. I loved the scorching hot chemistry between Jason and Stacia as it was written very well.  Overall a good book and I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

Rating: 4/5

Jason Friar is returning to major league baseball after suffering from a shoulder injury and the accusation of doing steroids. The only team willing to take a chance on Jason is the Georgia Knights, who are looking for a leader to try and help their struggling bunch of youngsters.  But there is one problem, his contract stipulates he has to work with an image consultant who happens to be the extremely sexy lady he had a one night stand with.

Stacia Kendal is looking for respect after being an image consultant for a disastrous political campaign. She now has to,prove herself to both her boss and powerful and dominating father who is a Senator. Her one chance is to try and change the tainted image of Jason, who she is extremely attracted to.

Will Stacia be help to help Jason while protecting her heart?
