Going Down Easy
Carly Phillips is one of my all time favorite authors and she once again proved she is one of the best writers in the contemporary romance genre as she has given another magnificent book. I absolutely loved her dual point writing style and realistic characters because they brought the story to life and made it enjoyable. Kade's character was not your typical billionaire, he had real illnesses which affected his daily life and he had a family back story that was believable. Lexi's character was one of of a selfless lady who was always willing to sacrifice her life and desires to look after her family and she was so understanding towards Kade and his problems which made her even better. The chemistry between Kade and Lexie was off the charts scorching hot, which is always expected when you pick up a Carly Phillips novel. However, I would have liked the story to be a bit longer and for us to learn more in depth about Kade and Lexie's characters. Overall this was a brilliant read from an exceptionally talented author and I cannot wait to read the rest of the series.

Plot
Kaden Barnes is an intelligent and sexy tech billionaire who cannot seem to keep an assistant for a long time. Then Lexie Parker arrives, and she is all business and highly efficient and organised, but the problem is that she is extremely sexy and Kaden is attracted to her instantly.
When they are unable to deny their attraction to each other any longer, Kaden thinks he is calling the shots but going down easy has never felt so good.
