This was a steaming hot romance based in one of the most magical locations I have ever imagined. It was my first time reading a book by Havana Scott and I found that she seamlessly manages to transport the reader into the dreamland of Sorendi Isle, which is a brilliant trait in an author.  Tristan was a sexy billionaire/pirate who owned a fantasy island and I enjoyed his character when he was pushing Paris to achieve more out of her life, but I could not stand him when he was lying, being a hypocrite and still being attracted to his ex when he was supposedly in love with Paris. I did find Paris'S character very annoying at times because she had no drive to succeed and better herself, she seemed happy and content to be stuck in a co-dependancy with her ex husband. The best part of the book was steaming hot chemistry between Tristan and Paris because it was well written and fit the scenery. I did feel that the book dragged towards the middle and end and I hated how Paris character had changed from someone smart and sarcastic to confused and gullible. This was a good book and I would like to read the rest of the series.

Oh my god I am so absolutely in love with this book, that once I started reading the book I just could not put it down. This was my first time reading a book by Abby Reynolds and I after reading this masterpiece I will be sure to add her to my list of favourite authors. Abby's writing was nothing short of heart wrenching and she managed to make the reader connect with the characters which is an extremely difficult thing to achieve. I really enjoyed Liam's character because he had both an alpha male side to him as well as a soft, sweet and charming side. The best part of Liam's character was his patience and understanding towards Keira because that is not something you find in most guys.  Keira's character was emotional and I enjoyed watching her grow out of her fears with Liam's help.  Both Liam and Keira's development throughout the book was phenomenal because it was so well written. The chemistry between Liam and Keira was good and I enjoyed the fact that they didn't rush their physical relationship and they actually let the trust and relationship develop. I personally would have liked the end of the book to be longer because I felt the last few chapters were rushed. This was a brilliant book and I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

Okay, so I have a confession, I had read this book and this series before and I remember loving it so when the book came up again I decided to re-read it and review it.  Even though I was reading this book for a second time, I still loved it as much as I did the first time.  The chemistry between Reeve and Sutton was off the charts and I absolutely loved it. Reeve's characters was just perfect and I felt myself falling in love with him because he was sweet and not to forget insanely gorgeous, however at times I did find Sutton's character annoying me with her indecisive and aloof behaviour.  I am a huge fan of Lauren Blakely and I always seem to enjoy her book because of her excellent writing. This was a great novella which I loved.

It has been a while since I read a sports romance, and things book gave me everything I love about these types of books. It had the gorgeous but cocky sports star, the media sharks and even the annoying groupies.  I loved Stacia's character because she was able to stand up to Jason's childish behaviour and towards the end she even stood up to her dominating father.  Jason's character was very self centred and immature at times which was very annoying and I would liked to have seen more alpha male characteristics. The style of writing from Megan was good and I enjoyed the dual point of view. I loved the scorching hot chemistry between Jason and Stacia as it was written very well.  Overall a good book and I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

This was a sweet romance about a friends who were separated by a  small misunderstanding. The writing style was good and flowing and I really enjoyed 8 dual point of view style of writing. I had a problem with understanding the Irish language and lingo, so sometimes I wasn't able to catch onto the emotions because of it. The characters were well conceived and I enjoyed that they were able to communicate and sort their problems out once they had met again. I did feel Aoife's character annoying because she was self centred and superficial. The chemistry between Aoife and Micheal was amazing and I loved how they could just sit and talk for hours.  A good book overall, but it didn't encourage me to read the rest of the series.

This is the last installment of the addicting Broken by the Sea Trilogy and I enjoyed this book, but a little less than the previous two books in the series. The book picked up where Missy and Adam had gotten back together and Missy had just found out about her fathers illness. Ava, with her flawless and masterful writing, managed once again to take me on an emotional roller coaster which left me in tears in certain  parts of the book.  I enjoyed that in this book we really got to see the ups and downs, the strengths and insecurities in Adam and Missy's relationship. At times I did feel Missy was being annoying with her hypocritical behaviour and insecurities, but I love how strong she was that she always managed to overcome her flaws and problems. I loved that we got to really see the extent of Adam's love for Missy in this book it was so heart warming.  In this book we got to see more into Missy's past and her relationship with her father, which was brilliantly written, it also enabled the reader to understand both the characters better. The beginning of the book was a bit slow, but once I got to the second half of the book I was glued and unable to stop reading. I again wished to see Adam's point of view, but even with out it this was a brilliant book and an awesome series. I am really going to miss the characters and their story.

I was eagerly awaiting this book after I fell in love with the characters and story in the first book, Forgetting Yesterday, in the series. After reading this masterpiece I  was not disappointed, but instead I have become completely addicted to this series. This book picked up from where the first book ended and it manged to consume me from the very first page which in turn lead me to completing the book in a couple of hours. I loved the drama, pain and love which were the essence of this book. This book once again made me a fan of Ava Wood because her flawless and masterful writing brought both the characters and emotions alive. I loved seeing both Missy and Adam's characters grow and even though I didn't agree with the way Missy dealt with the breakup I enjoyed seeing her journey. Once again I loved Adam's protective side even though I hated that he broke Missy's heart. The addition of new secondary characters such as Jeannie and Marco was good as it kept the story from becoming boring and repetitive. The romance between Adam and Missy was not as much in this book due to misunderstandings, but the journey of them finding their way back to each other was sweet. I would again like to have seen some of the story from Adam's point of view I  order to understand him better. I absolutely love this series and am going to reading the last book soon so watch out for my review.

Plot

The book picks up where Adam had broken up with Missy Shaw. With Missy's father returning to his alcoholic habits and her breakup with Adam, Missy ends up becoming a hollow she'll of herself who just goes through the motions of life without any care. During this time she begins to spend time with her co-worker Marco who helps her take her mind of all the pain surrounding her. Close to graduation, Adam returns home and back into Missy's life, with Lindsey on his arm. All Missy's emotions and pain come rushing back to the surface and now she has to find a way to try and move on from Adam and save her heart and life.

This was my first time reading a book by Erin Nicholas and I enjoyed her writing and the unique idea of storm chasers. She managed to make the reader understand the after effects of a natural disaster on a community and really gets the reader thinking of crisis management. I loved the dominant side of Max's character as well as his sweet, romantic and protective side, however I hated the fact that he was trying to change Bree to fit his idea of the correct girlfriend and he was always so judgemental towards Bree and her actions. Bree's character was strong and independent, but she could never seem to commit and always seemed so confused which was annoying.  I loved the chemistry between Bree and Max because it was sizzling hot and the way their friendship flowered into love was beautiful. I did feel that the chapters were too long and that the characters were so confused about their feelings that they kept on going back and forward which became very boring and irritating. This was a good book and I look foward to the rest of the series.
